The "World's greatest classical music festival" (their advertising) is an annual 9-week summer series of concerts at the Royal Albert Hall, London. All of the 2009 shows will be broadcast on BBC Radio 3 (available via the internet) and should be available to "Listen again" for up to 7 days after the broadcast.
This is available internationally (I know it works in the US, I assume it should therefore be open to anyone with Internet access)

The program listings:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/proms/2009/whatson/season/?week1

Broadcast details:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/proms/2009/broadcasts/radio/

The series starts this Friday (17th July) with Stravinsky, Brahms and Elgar amongst others.

Happy Listening.
