Went ot see Itzhak Perlman at Verizon Hall in Philly yesterday. Amazing concert. He's still got it. The artistry, the charm, the humor. I'd give the recital a 9.5/10. His last encore piece was by an composer Buccinni, not Pucinni. It was clearly meant to be a "show-off" piece. Boy oh boy, did he SHOW-OFF!!!

Welcome to the forums Physicsbro!!! I wonder if there are any youtube vids you could post that do his performance justice (hint hint) _________________ Though everything else may appear shallow and repulsive, even the smallest task in music is so absorbing, and carries us so far away from town, country, earth, and all worldly things, that it is truly a blessed gift of God.
