As you and your staff already noticed "SAM" thinks the most picked songs are the most liked and sets em up the PL.

But this effect is multiplicating, as adagio is still young and over half of the day time driven by the sytem/admin.

with some 40??? albums on the opening the very first records repeated over and over. Now with 216 albums there is more variety possible. So SAM should get a little persuasion. A reset would equal it out.
