This is the Commendatore Scene from the second act of Don Giovanni Love it. The performances are amazing. Watch to the end to get the full effect. It features Sam Ramey, Kurt Moll, and Ferruccio Furlanetto

John Eliot Gardiner conducts the English Baroque Soloists and the Monteverdi Choir. This performance was filmed at the Palau de la Musica Catalana, Barcelona in Dec. 1991.

Well I loved the game Gabriel Knight 2 - The Beast Within
In the game this opera is played. I like it. Maybe because it completes the game.

I just love that one, already had it in my favourites for some time...
I'm so amazed that Kurt Moll sang the low D in the end, just awesome!
IMO the opera should end right after the death of Don Giovanni and this unnecessary Nonet should be cut...
I always get a nice, but goosebumpie feeling when I hear to this particular music, certainly one THE climaxes in music history.
Here's another quite good version, Bryn Terfel as Don Giovanni
