One of the world's most famous orchestra conductors. Music virtuosity, which started with playing the piano, continues with the conducting of the orchestra. Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra is synonymous with him.
"Herbert von Karajan" born in Austria.
No words to his music, his talent! ..
But...
The conductor of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra between 1938 and 1945, under Hitler ...
He became a member of the Nazi Party in Germany in 1933, and whenever Hitler wishes, he conducts concerts in Hitler's presence.
When Hitler is defeated, he is charged with "collaborating with fascists". He is acquitted in court.
But...
"When he goes to America in 1955 to give a concert, the American public protests him badly."
What kind of protest? ..
"Nobody goes to his concert, very, very few tickets are sold, the big hall is empty! .."
Even though he was conducting the orchestra in various cities in the following years, he could never erase the "fascism label" attached to him until his death, like the traces of the empty hall in America.
