Scriabin's "Divine Poem"
By: bonnie
Date: 31 Aug 2012
Rating:
This extended composition beautifully reveals the ecstatic nature of the composer, particularly in this interpretation by Igor Golovschin and fellow musicians.

Golovschin, unlike other interpreters of Scriabin, extends the emotional impact of the "Divine Poem" by taking a more meditative pace for the tempi than conductors have on other recordings I am familiar with.
